Our Projects
We Build Projects That Last
We pride ourselves on our history in the construction industry by letting our projects speak for themselves. Take a look through some of our personal favourites below.
Cefn-Park, Skewen
We took on this project at the start of 2025, with the initial plan being to remove the conservatory and build a 45sqm kitchen & living space extension in its' place. As building contractors we handle all aspects of building from ground works to decorating, so winning this project was perfect for our business to showcase our complete skill set.
We took this project from a cold and unused conservatory to vibrant and energised living & dining space in just 7 months, with all trades handled in-house.
Vale View, Glynneath
We began this renovation project in 2024, and due to the scope of work the client requested we break it into two phases:
Phase 1 - Re-roofing, rear groundworks & landscaping and installing of new windows & doors.
Phase 2 - External bath stone cladding, rendering & render artistry stone finished garden walls.
We took this incredible but tired looking property and transformed it with a brand new roof, rustic bath stone cladding, a lightweight external rendering system in a matching colour scheme and a completely revamped rear patio area in just over 2 months on site.
Taillwyd, Longford
We have done multiple projects for this client across multiple properties since 2024, including internal remedial works and external rendering to remedy damp issues the client had previously faced as well as both internal & external refurbishment on a separate property the client owned (kitchen fitting, floor laying, redecorating, external patio & ground works).
Across three separate visits with this client, we managed to complete all primary and associated works within 3 months on site and within the allotted budgets the client required.
Sandfields, Port Talbot
This conversion was one of our disabled facility projects on behalf of NPTCC as one of their primary contractors. We were tasked with turning an unused bathroom upstairs into a wheelchair accessible wetroom, converting the client's bedroom into a wheelchair accessible space via a lift from the living room directy up into his bedroom and creating a ramped access area outside for him to increase his independence.
We began this project on September 17th 2024 and completed it in the first week of November 2024, within the council's alotted budget and time frame.
Cae-Morfa, Skewen
This extension was another one of our disabled facility projects on behalf of NPTCC as one of their primary contractors. We were tasked with building an extension which incorporated a bedroom & bathroom disabled facility, altering the property's drainage connection and retarmacing the driveway.
We began this project on September 28th 2025 and completed it in the first week of February 2024, with just over 14 weeks spent on site, within the council's allotted budget and time frame.
White's, Bridgend
This project involved a brand new kitchen fit out for a client based in Bridgend, who was recommended us by another client of ours who we have been doing work for over thhe past 20 years.
We were tasked with removing and fitting a new custom designed kitchen and utility room, including all plastering, electrics, plumbing and decorating to finish. We completed the project in just 2 weeks and under budget.
